  1. The first time taking midterm, i thought it was easy. At first when I took the midterm, I thought it was going to be very complicated. Then when I started the first question, I knew the answer.I (comprehended) all the question.I was very (observant) to every question I had for all the midterm. After each midterm was over, I was relieved and studied for the next midterm. Finally when I was all done with the midterm i was so happy that I went running home. So now I Can feel confident of taking the finale since I took the midterm. Now I at least know how the midterm is like. Still though I will study hard for the finale and try to get a better grade in finale then midterm.

  2. Taking the mid-terms at Hamilton was much better then taking them in Grady because we came to school late and left after the test which was great. The hardest test had to be science there were some things that I didnt understand and thats what threw me off. I was shocked when I got my history grade I never thought I would do that well. I nearly broke into peices when I saw my English grade but at least I passed.I would rather take mid-terms and finals at Hamilton then Grady anytime. At Grady we had to stay the whole day which I really didnt understand we had breaks which threw me off completly in Grady. I tried to study my hardest hopefully tomorrow(if it doesnt snow)I will find out what my math grade is.

  3. I think taking the midterms at Hamilton was pretty easy.I think that because it was hard in Grady so I thought it would be challenging taking our first midterms in Hamilton. This is a great advantage when we got to catch the bus till ten ten,and I think when we did that people were more wide awake then when we got up early. When I was in Grady when we had to stay for the whole day after taking midterms felt forever, it's like you take it but you stay for the rest of the day.For Hamilton taking our first midterms I didn't expect to go home early.Overall,I think this year in Hamilton isnt as challenging as I would have thought it would be.Well this is allmof the things I think about taking midterms between gray and Hamilton.

  4. I absolutely hated the high school midterms, not because of the test specifically, but because of the times and stuff. the first day went fine and so did the second but the third day went horrible! me and some other people had to walk from Payne street to the school and my feet froze i could not feel my feet at all! other than that the math mid term was one of the hardest mid term of them all. i was really confused i hope the finals will be much better.

  5. Taking the mid-terms for the first time at Alexander Hamilton was very adjacent to taking mid-terms at Grady. I felt very comfortable taking the English, Social Studies and Science test. I was very observant while taking the test to make sure I didn’t make silly mistakes. Math got me a little nervous because the time went so fast and some people were finishing that that got me nervous. I didn’t get to finish the math test and I only needed about three more questions. Science isn’t my best class but I studied very hard and felt very sure of my answers, I felt the same way for Social Studies and English except English is the class I felt most secure about. I think my Social Studies grade will be passable. I did enjoy the week without class but it the days went fast because first I would wake up then take the test, go home, rest and review for the next test. Sometime throughout the week I felt a little frustrated with the tests every day. I am actually glad this week is over. I feel like I have to comprehend and prepare myself for a lot more for the finals. Therefore, I am looking forward a lot of after school days and extra help for the upcoming tests and finals.

  6. How I feel about taking the midterms this year was debatable. It wasn't my first time taking a midterm since I did have experience from Grady. Though it was a different method this year then last year. I enjoyed having the extra time to study right before the midterm and also to have the time to have a good relaxed breakfast so while I was taking the test my brain wouldn't (malfunction) . The tests were fair to me. English I was (confident) about(even though I don't know my score yet!), then Social Studies I had a little struggle but got through it, then Math was a lot of questions but I got through it, the last test was Science and I had to prepare the most for it and was the most nervous for it. Science was okay in the beginning but then toward the end it was more difficult. As getting back home I usually walked home through the terrible weather but I made it so its okay. Some of the class rooms were I took tests, I felt that there was tension in the room and I got nervous from just being in the room. Though some of the proctors were really cool and we got to see how they are before we have them when we get to that grade. One thing I didn't get was that the teacher of the test would come in at the wrong moments of the test were we needed help from them. Usually the teacher of the subject came in walked around and then left and never came back. Even though we had a proctor that can help it was just the help from a teacher that we needed. Though the end of every test I had a little weight come off my shoulder knowing that I got through one test and I can get through the another one as well.

  7. This years midterms were passable ,however, is more better than Grady's midterms. For example,we didn't have to come so early. In Grady, we had to stay after midterms.(not cool)Another example, this years midterms were more adjacent. In Grady, however, they may be seperated on any random day.Last example, in Hamilton we didn't have to use any supplies. (pencil, book)In conclusion, Hamilton midterms had more fortitude than Grady and we had a nice week off!

  9. Taking the mid-terms for the first time at Alexander Hamilton was very hard. i try to study as hard i can. I felt very good wile i was taking the English midterm, Social Studies and Science test was kinda hard. I was very observant while taking the test to make sure I didn’t make silly mistakes. I think Math was alittle hard because the time went so fast and some people were finishing that that got me nervous.

  10. The first time taking midterm, i thought it was easy. But then when i look at the mid term it was a little complicated and it was easer to me to go to the school becuase i was adjacent like going to the school. And it was a little bit easer to me becuase i got help by Mrs.Jacobs and Mrs.Uricchio and Mrs.Benke and they been nice to me and helpful to everybody. Thats y i say they are the best teacher and Mr.vergara is to the best teacher.

  11. My experience of taking the midterms for the first time at Alexander Hamilton was very challenging. The first midterm, the English midterm was not so complicated.I thought the midterm was a little easy but I started to get nervous because people took this test with great {rapidity}however,I was still able to make it through. Then, there was the social studies midterm.I had study for this midterm a lot and I knew I was going to pass, and with extra time on the clock,I decided to do the extra credit assignment, this was a fair midterm.Next, one of my favorite subjects math. The math midterm was a little difficult for me because I was not able to answer two questions and so,I decided had to go with my best answer.I think those two questions made my grade go down. Finally, the last and one of my difficult subjects, science.I was so {petrified} when I was going to take this midterm. But,then I realized that the this midterm was not so bad,if you just study and look at your old tests.Even though,it was a difficult midterm to take,it was still worth it because I have made my grade go up.Looks like all those quiz's,tests, and homework assignments were worth it.To conclude,my experience of taking the midterms was very challenging in many ways.

  12. Taking mid-terms for the first time at Alexander Hamilton was difficult. They were similar as Grady, but we had to stay the whole day.I studied very hard for my mid-terms,but I had some thoughts they would be more difficult than I studied.I felt confident of myself, but mostly for the English mid-term,and cultural heritage. The mid-terms were very different than from Grady we had to stay the whole day,but at Hamilton we take the test and leave.I was petrify for the science and math mid-terms.I believe that taking mid-terms at Alexander Hamilton are more challenging than Grady. On the other hand,I believe that taking mid-terms and leaving is great.Therefore,mid-terms are difficult and easy at Alexander Hamilton.

  13. Taking the midterms in Hamilton were so much easier then Grady and simpler. However the transportation was simpler just go to school take the midterm and leave then spending the entire day in school for nothing. Also, all the midterms where easier then last year except science. I think i felt the test were more easier because i (observe) more the questions ,STUDY, and felt more (confident) of myself. The midterms in Hamilton were easier then Grady.

  14. I'm not sure what some of you do not understand, but let me be clear. If you do not follow the guidelines of this assignment, you will not be given credit. To make my point even clearer, I will now begin deleting posts that are not taking this seriously. I will not have posts that do not check for spelling or grammar or that are 2 sentences when I ask for at least 6 sentences. You either do this right or give your best attempt...but this will NOT become a place for minimal effort.

  15. The midterms were the hardest thing I have done in my life(so far). The midterms were not only difficult to study for, the midterms was the only time the year that I felt TIRED! The subject that was the hardest was Science. We had 3 chapters and
I had H.W. to do at the same time. Once I thought
I would go nuts studying it. But overall the midterms were great because I got to go home early and I slept!

  16. Taking the mid-term was kind of difficult. it was difficult because I didn't know what to expect from all the test. I was **observant** when it came to the test and not goof around while the test was given to me. In Engish I was so **confident** and I understood it very well. For Cultural Heritage it was the easies thing in the world I had belif in myself. In the math mid-term was very difficult and I had trouble along the way. Finally, for science was also easy I took my time and didn't rush and I'm proud of myself.

  17. My first test week at Hamilton was literaly full of snow. The first day was the english midterm and on the way to the school, the car got stuck on the hill. I got to the test on time hopefully. The rest of the week was pretty much the same. Each test gradualy seemed to get more difficult than the last. In the end, iwas victorious. I still wo der what my english grade was.

  18. The midterms were fine. English midterm was a piece of cake. Cultural heritage midterm was to simple to be called a midterm. That leaves us with math, I personally found it fair, there were easy questions and then there were questions that made you think harder then usual. Finally, the science midterm was like taking a final exam. I would personally sue Mr.Thompson for making our brains almost explode . I remember being nervous for the midterms, but not as for the science midterm. I knew the second I would step into that room I would meet my worst nightmare. Hector Cardenas period 1

  19. In my opinon in taking mid-terms at Hamiliton is diffrent from Grady. At Grady you had to go to school at the regular time, but at hamiliton you got to to go to school 3 hours later then the regular time. When you finished your midterms at grady there you had to stay there the whole day.To me the eaisest mid-term was english.I mainly just reveiwed my poetic terms and other assignments we did.To me the hardest mid-term was social studies because I didn't reveiw some topics as much as I should of.all in all I am pretty confident with all of my work.

  20. The 7th grade Alexander Hamilton Jr. /Sr. Midterms of the 2010-2011 school year is overall intermediate in terms of difficulty. The English 7 Midterm on the 26th was fairly easy. I really studied for English and looked on my poetry notes and my previous journals. I'm very *confident* that I would be the *recipient* of a very high grade. The Cultural Heritage 7 Midterm at the 27th was also fairly easy even though I didn't finish the extra credit paragraph (worth 10 points!). Like English, I studied my notes, reviewed "The American Nation" textbook and reviewed vocabulary and old tests and quizzes. I found out my Cultural Heritage grade yesterday and was very pleased with it. The Math 7H Midterm which was taken in the 27th was a little tricky even though there were only 47 questions. I thought it was a fairly intermediate. I also studied real hard on this subject and reviewed my notes and did some problems by myself. In the end I got the grade and I did not expect and did not *confirm* it as my best effort. I will do better next time at The Math 7H Final in June and The Math 6/7 State Examination in May. The Science 7H Midterm was also fairly intermediate. The test questions were very confusing and kind of *incredible* to tell you the truth. Mr. Thompson gave questions beyond “The Life Science” textbook and our notes. I was so worried about Mr. Thompson’s Midterm that I Intensified my reviewing and studied my notes, vocabulary, textbook, old tests/quizzes, and even reinserted questions to test myself since the beginning of Holiday break (that’s literally the whole Science Binder almost every day and took out most of my free time)! The night before the Science 7H, I studied from 1:00 pm to 10:30 pm and 6:30 am to 10:00 am when I woke up! Unfortunately, I got a grade that I just didn’t want to accept. I was aiming for a 100! I felt that during exam week, I was a robot that would feel tired and ready after studying the night before. Despite my over enthusiasm and tiredness, I went through most of the questions effortlessly. After every exam day, I would come back home feeling nervous about my grade and if I answered the questions correctly. The only grade I am waiting for is English (which I sent Mr. V an email about it). I hope you guys have great grades.

  21. My expeience in the Alexander Hamiltons midterms for the first time was great. For example, we did nto have to go to school at regular time. I liked this because it gave me time time to review on what I studied. Also,I liked that the school liberates us at 12:30 and we don't have to stay for school. Also because that gives more time to study for the fallowing midterm that is the next day. Finally, the midterms, For some of them they were pretty easy also same were confusing. I studied alot and for that case some of the midterms were easy.In math I had some difficulties on finding solutions to some of the problems ,even though I get 90's and above in math. I think that I should find a better way to study for math midterms. In conclusion, I think that they should do the same thing in grady and let them off when taking a midterm.

  22. My experience from the mid-terms was also great because for many reasons. One you get to go to school at 11:00 to take the test to 12:30 to finish. Also the mid-terms were not too difficult to my opinion this year for i have which have study or preparing for them.Third when you finished your examines you get to go home and study or prepare for the next one tomorrow. But on the other hand it was difficult going to school to early and you couldn't find a place to hang out if your lucky one of the teachers let you go to their rooms or someplace. In conclusion the week of taking the mid-terms where very great and if i am able ill would try to get Grady to do this also but i know they couldn't because the 2nd,3rd and 4th grades would have been left alone with some teachers in the school. But who knows the principle might have a change of heart!

It was hard to get the bus when we had a 2 hour delay becuse i didn't know what time the bus was sopsuse to come so for the math midterm i was late.I think the midterm were hard bud good thing it's over now come the finle which i think will be even harder.I was happy that we did not have to 2:24 to get out of school so that was great. I think i am likeing Hamilton alot more.

  24. The midterms in Alexander Hamilton is very different then when you take it in Alice E Grady. In Grady you go to school for the whole day while in Hamilton you take it and you go home. I like the Hamilton way better because you could go home earlier. The Hamilton way of taking a midterm is very confusing though because if you have a delay or something then you don't know when to go unless they call you. I personally like it but some may disagree

  25. Certain midterms this year in Hamilton were extremely difficult. Midterms in Grady were made much easier, but I guess you should be expecting to be tested a little more difficultly. Some questions were harder to (comprehend) than others on all of the tests. One thing that helped out a little was leaving school much earlir than usual. If we didn't get out an hour and a half after the test, my (agenda) would probably be all mixed up. I reviewed my notes and old tests to figure out the answers to what I got wrong. The tests I were most (confident) with were English and Social Studies. I was very pleased with my Social Studies grade. (I'm anxious to find out what I recieved on English!) Evrytime we finished a test, the more relieved I was about midterms almost being over. Overall, I think I have to study harder next time and I know what to expect when finals come around.

  26. After taking all of the midterms it felt relieving. While i took each test i was scared inside because i thought i would fail but luckily midterms were (impermanet).Im not lying but out of all the test i thought all of them were kind of difficult.I loved that we hadnt have classes and we had to come to school alittle later than we did. When i came back to my domicile for the first time i missed school and that school wasnt that boring you ate there, made friends ,took classes with them ,and you have some good teachers.midterms days are fun however, regular days are also fun.

  27. Having to take the mit terms in Alexander Hamilton for the first time was a great expirience becausse now i saw how we are going to take it for the rest of our days in Alexander Hamilton. I also felt relived when i finished all my mit terms because i felt that it was to much pressure.

  28. In my opinion I think taking Mid-Terms at AHHS is a much simpler process than at Grady. Such as, the *agendas* are much easier to follow like: Coming to school at 11 and leaving at 12:30. But on the contrary taking tests at Grady is much easier than at AHHS. I also think the tests themselves are much harder and take much studying and review. While at Grady a study guide was your best friend during test week. I believe in my opinion that the hardest test to take was the Science Mid-Term but the easiest to take was the Social Studies Mid-Term. Although taking test at Grady is easy, the process at AHHS makes everyones day better!

  29. i think that the mid-terms at our middle high school had a host of people and it was kinda hard. The test in your class was a Lil hard for me ,because i hate reading and answering questions.I have token a lot or test this year but the mid-term was a real challenge for me and a couple of my friends.Last year in Grady the test were much easier for me and i had hard times with that to.In my fact the science test was the hardest of them all 100 questions and you had to answer them in a sertan amount of time. But the test at AHHS is our day of hard work and we take the rest of the day studying for the next test not knowing how hard it was going to be.There is a lot of test and i want to pass them all but sometimes i don't there will be many more in my life and i need to accomplish my goals of finishing public school and going to my favorite college.I don't want to take the other side of the road to the stupid and homeless TAHVIER ,I want to be the TAHVIER that my mom can be proud of and cheer for me in the stance in the NFL.
