I thought the Junior High represented themselves well in "class clash," the hallway looked great and almost everyone was wearing their colors. Maria's "solo" was a highlight!! Overall, I loved that the Sophmores didn't give up or allow the technical problems to keep them from bringing a great effort. Clearly though, I thought the Seniors represented and should win this year...
What did you think of the Class Clash performances?
I thought the class clash was good.There were good preformances,and there were lots of balloons to play with.The 7th grade trained hard for this.Also the other preformances were great too.
ReplyDeleteIt was good when Trey flipped over a person.There were also baloons of all different colors.Vishnu and i rubbed them against our hair and stuck them to the wall.I even got to draw on one.After the preformances everyone was popping balloons.Only a few people got away with one.Overall, I think the students and the school really contributed to this fanstastic event.
I thought that the performances were great! the only problem was a bunch of seniors were in the way and a lot of people could not see what was happening. I really liked how all of the grades decorated their hallways and I especially liked the themes. I thought all of the performances were great and that the seniors probably had the best performance but ours was still pretty good. The whole event was fun to watch and I can't wait for next years Class Clash

I think that the performances were very great through out the show.There was only two problems first was some of the kids were always popping their ballons and i couldnt here what was happending. the second thing was that i heard through out the day some kids were saying that kids were messing with their decorations but other then that the performances were great!- Gino Gutierrez
ReplyDeleteMy response about class clash,every body did an amazing job. I do think that we 7 graders had good decorations, also the seniors they were the best.I think the junior high came either in second or third place in class clash,but overal I had a great time there. Even if we do or don't win.
ReplyDeleteI thought the overall performances at the Class Clash event was very great. I was very presumptuous about the Junior High's performance. Their moves were spectacular. I thought our "US Army" theme was the best. The Freshmen did a series of dances based on "Magic." I thought their performance was great. I was dissapointed about the technical malfunction on the speakers for the sophomores' performance. The Juniors' dancing was spectacular with their "Winter" theme. The Seniors' "Circus act" was the best of all, especially the acrobatic moves(no offence Junior High!). Over all the event was great and can't wait till Monday for the winning team.

Class Clash was so fun! So many things were happening and it was an excuse to get out of school. As a decorator I know all the hard work that was put into it. The day before Class Clash i stayed after school till 9:00 pm. I personally give a special thanks to Mr. Thompson for being our advisor. My favorite part was obviously the seniors. One thing I think that is unfair is that the whole high school can chant their grade but the junior high school can't do that because it will sound weird but i can live, i guess!?:)

Class Clash was very fun!! All the performances were great and i thought just missing 8th and 9th period was great! Te second to last performance was the greatest and the seniors were the best. The only thing that annoyed me was some of the students from the 7th grade were popping all the balloons that they didn't even blow up and tie and hang up.

I have to give props to Maria wonderful break dance.The freshmen were good with their magic theme.The sophomores had a little tech problems but still did their performance. I liked the juniors team and our theme. the seniors were the best. Class clash was quiet an expirence. It doesn't matter if we win or lose or who actually wins. It just matters if we had fun.

Class class was fantastic,it was amazing.This is a great excuse to get out of class.Maria did some awesome break dancing,I was specheless when I saw it.I also got to give some credit for the seniors for those flips they did and it was like a circus.Who the heck cares if their were tech problems,the sophomores still did a great job.On a scale through 1-10 they deserve a 10.Over all everybody did a great job and I can't wait for next year's class clash.
ReplyDeleteClass Clash was splendid. I liked the seniors performance the best of of especially at the end when Trey did the front flip. In the beginning they messed up with the hoola hupe. I like our dance after. I think that we should have gotten in 2nd instead of foruth. They probaly did that to make you think that know grade lower then you was better. I'm also happy because we didn't have 9th or 8th. I think all of the staff and teachers for their part of participating in this eveent. It was wonderful and cant wait till next year even if we dont win.

ReplyDeleteI think the class clash was a great event for everybody to expectate and perform. The most exciting one was the senors. I think that they put alot of effort to creat the show that was great.The part that I liked the most was all the senors were dancing and when tray did the front flip. I also liked our performence but i think the senors put alot more effort then our grade. I hope this event would happen again next year to because we would have better showes and we could put more effort into the show

Us as 7th graders did the best the dance was awsome and the decorations were great. I would put us as second place.I personally believe that the seniors did an amazing job. They should be in 1st place. Class clash was the best.:)

Class Clash was very thrilling and exciting. The dancers seemed as they practiced very hard. Also I think that it was very brave for the dancers to have the guts to be up there and show their talent. I would be nervous knowing the whole school would be watching me. Another thing I congratulate the seniors for their marvelous performance and I think that they should be the winners.

ReplyDeleteI think our class clash presentation was not as good as we thought it would be. We had more dancers but they quit so we had to make last minute changes which did kill our presentation.

I think that spirit week in hamilton is diffrent from spirit week at grady. class-clash was so much fun we all got to watch everyone dance and show there enthousiasm. i loved that everyone participated and took time after school to decorate their hallways beautifuly. im glad the senoirs won and they put a lot of effort into their decorations and coreogrophy. the sophmores also did a great job even though there was a fustrating technical malfunction. i think the junior high put a lot of hard work into the decorations but the amount of boys would not suffice. therefore, we lost but we did great.

I think Clash Class was AMAZING. It was one of the BEST days of school i ever had in a long time. All of the diffrent styles of dancing and music was fantastic. I really wanted to dance in class clash but my shyness held me back. But next year for sure i will be dancing.It was really heartbreaking to here we got last place. Oh well better luck next year! ReplyDeleteWell what i think of the Class Clash is that some of the groups could of done much better like the soph. becuse they messed up,also because they didnt have it all together.I really dont have much to say because i wasnt really paying attetion but all i know is that the seniors did amzaning with the dance and the decorating.
ReplyDeleteI thought Class Clash could have been better. When the seniors attempted to jump through the hoops, they hit into them which I'm sure was not planned. Also, the sophomores had to wait until their cd was cued up properly - this was disappointing. Nonetheless, I thought the gym was decorated well.
ReplyDeleteI thought Class Class was cool because all the dancing was exciting. The competition was strong and I couldn't wait to hear who had won. I agree with the judges that the Seniors deserved to win. Their dancing was different because they had both boys and girls involved. I thought the 7th grade needed some work, but it's not easy to get up there and perform in front of the entire school.

When i went into the gym it was really good to see all the team efforts on the wall. It was a really wonderful sight to see. Despite the tech. difficulty with the sophmores, they did a breath taking performence lol... In all the SENIORS took it away , what an outstanding performence they did.
ReplyDeleteI thought that Class Clash was cool to see other students performing hard stunts and dance moves. It was impressive that kids could get up in front of the whole school and not be too shy. My favorite part was when the Seniors jumped through the hula-hoop and not hurt themselves. I thought the 7th grade was good considering it was their first time - and their decorations showed a lot of effort and looked impressive!!

ReplyDeleteClass Class was good. It was an exciting show, but sitting in the audience was annoying because some kids were popping balloons and acting very immature. The Seniors' performance was the best and the sophomores showed great composure even though their music was not cued up properly. Overall, the decorations were great - I would say that the Seniors again had the coolest decorations, but the Junior High's looked cool, too.
ReplyDeleteclass clash was rocking! i thought maria's performance was cool and sparked. the seniors obviously topped all other grades but the 7th graders had a close shot. I especially loved the ninth graders theme but,once again, the seniors had the best of all. this class clash was my first and it ended up to be awesome. i cant wait for next year! :)

It wasnt easy for the new comers of the school to think of a great dance that everyonee wuldd enjoy. Especially when you have many non-dancers in your grade. Over all i think the Seniors represented themselves very well and their dance was the best. But we should have atleast came in second place because like we had a break dancer!!!!!! We also did a step!!! In a CIRCLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Class Clash was amazing!Honestly I don't think we deserved last place,yea maybe the dancers did a few mistakes in there dancing but,the decorations should of put us on top.The songs were way to short and they cut them off so many times you hear the song for like 3 seconds and then you hear another.Yet,We should of had at least 3rd place or 4th.We differently deserved 4th place. :)

I think that the seniors deserved to win. They did a great performance, but i was surprised we came in 5th place. Our grade did really well, and I loved the ending. Wed deserve 3rd or 4th place, definetly 4th.
