Jennings and Stacey have a different relationship than Ponyboy and Cherry. Jennings and Stacey like each other. They hold hands and kiss each other while Ponyboy and Cherry are just friends. Ponyboy and Cherry never really fell in love while on the other hand Jennings and Stacey kind of did.Ponyboy and Cherry might have been good friends and talked to each other a lot but Cherry already had a boyfriend(which Ponyboy and Johnny killed)so she did not want another one.

At The Outsiders, when Ponyboy meets Cherry, Ponyboy has realized that socs were not just "dummy richies" that were mean about the greasers, Socs can be really nice if you get to no them. At first Cherry and Ponyboy were in with chemistry. Ever since Cherry's boyfriend Bob was a victim of a homicide committed by Johnny, Cherry was devastated. Since then, Ponyboy communications with Cherry were defunct for that time period. Jennings and Stacey have a complex relationship ever since he started living at the Home of the Angels. At first, Jennings seemed very annoyed on Stacey at first and made excuses to leave her. But everytime, Jennings has left her, he notices that Stacey looks eerie and lonely. When Jennings jumps on the fence and sees Stacey close to him jumping, He realized that Stacey can be a good person to communicate. And so, Jennings talks to Stacey and listens about how her mother is pregnant and is giving birth. Every time, Stacey gives Jennings a kiss at the cheek. Overall, relationships on both books were very different in these ways.

Also Stacey kissed Jennings a bunch of times.(I have never heard that type of situation between NINE YEAR OLDS). That seen showed the affection between them two and after that, what was left remnant was a girl that Jennings will never forget. On the other hand, Pony's and Cherry's relationship was not like Jennings and Stacey's relation ship. Pony and cherry had a strong relationship. Cherry told secrets of the soc's and Pony tells some private things. They all ways had a way to look at the sunset. Then suddenly a homicide happened to Cherry's boyfriend Bob and to all the socs it felt like a regicide since Bob was the leader. After that they did not really communicate, but they came through in the end.
In the novel They Cage the Animals at Night, Jennings and Stacy's relationship is very weird. At first, everytime Stacy and Jennings talked Stacy would kiss him on the cheek. Jennings couldn't even speak to her. All he said was "oh gosh". Jennings thought Stacy was annoying. When the day came when Stay left the Home of the Angles Jennings then realized how much he was going to miss her. In this part of the book you could see the affection Jennings showed toward her. In the novel, The Outsiders Cherry and Ponyboy showed some affection between them, but throught the novel you see they are only close friends. Ponyboy did like Cherry, but Cherry thought of him as a friend since her boyfriend was Bob. The connection between Cherry and Ponyboy was the sunset. They were two different people but with the same problems. Honestly,I think that we kind of deserved one of the last place or close, not to be or harsh because,I helped with the decoration but all that hard work was for nothing.We had fun,but it was kind of depressing when we found out that we got the last place.Teachers said,"Its Okay it was your first year." of course thats what the teachers would say,but not to get off topic,it was extreamly fun and a great expierence dont take this in a bad way just saying what I think about the class clash.

First, Pony and Cherry were just friends and they weren't allowed to go out because Cherry was a soch and Pony was a greser. Jennnigs and Stacy are allowed to go out but they are to young and they are now in different places. Jennings is in a different orphanage and Stacy is at a home

The two relationships are a different kind of relationship. Jennings and Stacey are friends, but from Stacey's piont of view she thinks they are boyfriend and girlfriend. Also Stacey kissed Jennings a bunch of times.(I have never heard that type of situation between NINE YEAR OLDS). At first Jennings had a hard time talking to her, but they eventually had a good friendship. Finally when Stacey left, thats when the drama happened. That seen showed the affection between them two and after that, what was left remnant was a girl that Jennings will never forget. On the other hand, Pony's and Cherry's relationship was not like Jennings and Stacey's relation ship. Pony and cherry had a strong relationship. Cherry told secrets of the soc's and Pony tells some private things. They all ways had a way to look at the sunset. Then suddenly a homicide happened to Cherry's boyfriend Bob and to all the socs it felt like a regicide since Bob was the leader. After that they did not really communicate, but they came through in the end.

ReplyDeleteIn the novel They Cage the Animals at Night, Jennings and Stacy's relationship is very weird. At first, everytime Stacy and Jennings talked Stacy would kiss him on the cheek. Jennings couldn't even speak to her. All he said was "oh gosh". Jennings thought Stacy was annoying. When the day came when Stay left the Home of the Angles Jennings then realized how much he was going to miss her. In this part of the book you could see the affection Jennings showed toward her. In the novel, The Outsiders Cherry and Ponyboy showed some affection between them, but throught the novel you see they are only close friends. Ponyboy did like Cherry, but Cherry thought of him as a friend since her boyfriend was Bob. The connection between Cherry and Ponyboy was the sunset. They were two different people but with the same problems. The comparison between these four characters is that they both had affection and some kind of connection that made them close.

Jennings and Stacy realationship is different from Pony and Cherry realtionship is because Stacy she kisses Jennings all the time and she cares about him. Pony and Cherry they are really good friends and they tell each other everything. An Cherry she does not kiss Poney.

ReplyDeleteJennings and Stacy's relationship is totally different from Ponyboy's and Cherry's. Stacy would always kiss Jennings which showed how much she liked Jennings like that. Jennings and Stacey had puppy love in the beginning and toward the middle of the book they were a couple. Ponyboy and Cherry are just friends but they probably had secret affection toward each other. I'm pretty sure Ponyboy liked Cherry but she had a boyfriend anyway so their relationship didn't even get near Jennings and Stacy's. Pony did watch the sunset with Cherry. Cherry and Ponyboy's relationship was inconstant after Cherry's boyfriend died and then the sunset kind of brought them together. - Shawn Thomas
ReplyDeleteHonestly,I think that we kind of deserved one of the last place or close, not to be or harsh because,I helped with the decoration but all that hard work was for nothing.We had fun,but it was kind of depressing when we found out that we got the last place.Teachers said,"Its Okay it was your first year." of course thats what the teachers would say,but not to get off topic,it was extreamly fun and a great expierence dont take this in a bad way just saying what I think about the class clash.
ReplyDeleteJennings relationship with Stacy is much different than pony's relationship with cherry.Jennings and Stacy's relationship was more romantic.there relationship was not really romantic but they had something.pony's relationship with cherry was friendly.to them they had no secrets they were not personal.
