Vivien Thomas was a very influential person. Some of us might not be here today if it wasn't for Vivien. Vivien greatly impacted society by accomplishing feats. Vivien created procedures and found out ways to cure many diseases. Blue baby syndrome, Crush syndrome, Hemorrhagic and traumatic shock which was a few of them. Vivien saved thousands of lives by his accomplishments. He also did research on many diseases which helped discover the cure for them. Vivien even had a medal named after him which was called the Vivien Thomas Young Investigator Award. Vivien Thomas had a great impact on our Nation, whether it was big or small, or even if you probably didn't know it, Vivien made your life better.
Sandra Cisneros a fighter, after her mother left she was now the only female in her family , her 6 brothers and her father were all male and didn't understand her like a mother would. Yet , she understood herself and that was enough to make her get back on her feet whenever she fell down and in any struggle. She was like her own inspiration she tucked her self into making an effort in her studies so in her future she could be someone important.When she was younger she did what many children her age would never have had the guts to do , especially in her shoes. When she was in middle school she struggled often in many main topics like math and science, she had Absolutely no interest in any of them whatsoever but when it came to anything English arts based she would pick it up so rapidly it was just incredible any person would have seen how amazing this one girl was at ELA based topics. They would just be stunned on how much she could do.Years later when she was fully an adult she wanted to share her talent with kids similar or kids she can compare in a form to her,so she went on to teaching high school dropouts what makes her a truly inspiring person is that she could have went on to do much more at that age but she wanted to show case her talent with kids who needed it. not many of us here of her today which is a disappointment because she deserves credit for not only thinking of herself.
The Tuskegee Airmen were considered heroes of America and World War 2. After the war, the Army Air Corps were able to train more cadets until 1946. They showed extreme bravery both overseas with Nazis and racism in the air fields at home. They have left a legacy even when most of the squadrons were discontinued by the 1950s. Despite their accomplishments, the group had little recognition from the general public. It wasn't until the 1990s that these group of people were started to be recognized. Finally at May 29, 2007, President George W. Bush presented the Congressional Gold Medal to more than 300 Tuskegee Airmen or their widows. The former 99th fighter squadron of the Tuskegee Airmen which is now the 99th Flying Training Squadron painted their aircraft's tails red in honor of the Black Knights. These men have help change American history. Their contributions led to the integration of the U.S Military in 1948.

Many people are known for what they have done to change the history of the world, one of these people are Mahatma Gandhi a civil right leader that will help people without wasting a second is a huge example for every one including other civil rights leader. Gandhi was a civil rights leader during the 1900s. He had spent twenty years in South Africa trying to stop the racism of Indians. After he came back in 1914 he became the National Congress leader and one of the most important spiritual and political leaders. Mahatma Gandhi will be always known for what he did to change the history of the world and always be a huge example for every one.

His artwork is not only known in his home country, Mexico, but also worldwide because he was invited to many countries to spread his work of art.Rivera's artwork contains things from Mexican culture to things he loves. Rivera's artwork is still well known today and is also still popular in many countries and will continue to be.

Chaves was a great enforcer of non-violence, because of him and other civil rights leaders, people are now much more peaceful. The significance of Cesar's life doesn't reflect on any one cause. He was a unique leader, in addition to being a great communicator who influenced millions of Americans to find civil rights for the poor and minorities.
Mussolini was a significant part of Italy's success as a country. Once he became head of the Italian government, Italy quickly overcame their governmental problems. Mussolini got Italy's chaotic government under control. He made their government much better and if it wasn't for him Italy would be disordered. Soon after he came into authority, he took apart the democratic government and made himself dictator. Then, he achieved his goal in making Italy a great European power. Italy became a very successful country through Mussolini's commanding personality. If it wasn't for Mussolini, Italy wouldn't have been such an achieving country.
Ernesto Guevara was a very intelligent and respected rebellion. He has changed the life of the Latin Americans and has influenced others by his courageous deeds. One of his partners, such as Fidel Castro, has given a speech of how Ernesto influenced many and Castro “appraised his life and death.” The significance of Guevara is that he has become a known rebellion around the world because of the role that he played during the historical events he has witnessed. To this day people still do admire his hard work and is noticed in articles such as Time Magazine. Che was a brilliant revolutionary leader who tired to prevent poverty and dictatorship.
Malcolm X an important role model to changing the American society. For instance, Malcolm X influenced many African Americans to become brave and stand up in what they believe in. Before Malcolm only spoke to African Americans about segregation then after he rejected Nation of Islam he found the Muslim religion. This made him realize that he had to talk to about segregation to all races. Without Malcolm’s rejection, wisdom, and courage we would not be here speaking about him and we would all be separated.
Maya Angelou is a perfect rolemodel for all young girls around the world. Angelou is known for her wonderful poems that inspire alot of young and old wemen. As a child and young adult Angelou went through alot of pain, from being seperated from her father and brother to getting pregnate after her high school graduation seemed hard but going through all of these challenges did not stop Angelou's dreams. Angelou was and is a insperation to all wemen and young girls in the world.

Che risked his life to achieve his goal of making the world equal by making a world revolution. For his attempts and belief of equallity is why he is important. He is a hero for standing up for economic inequalities. This is why people remember him as a perspicacious man.
