  1. The April 1st Raider Reporter wasn't that funny except for Mr Reynolds thing.

  2. The article I chose was "Music on a Schedule." I chose this article because it was the shortest. In this article talks about a band named U2 wanting Mr. Rios to go on a US tour with them. Mr. Rios wants to join U2 but apparently, Lil Wayne wants him to "lay down some tracks"(whatever that means) with him over the summer. Mr. Rios feels he may be able to work both schedules. I'm pretty sure this is fake especially because it was published today on April Fools Day.

  3. The article that i chose was "Thompson Tapped for Mars Mission." This article was written by Richard Rivers. NASA contacted the school saying that Mr. Thompson would be joining the VISION FOR SPACE EXPLORATION team that will last about 95 days. I chose this article because Mr. Thompson is fun to mess with. They talk about his weight, how his mother packs him dehydrated nutritious food, and the five things that he will bring with him on the trip. It is true because he would bring the Simpsons season 6 and the Justin Bieber CD, which is funny and hard to believe. I don't know why a strict, serious science teacher would like a teenage singer like Justin Bieber.

  4. The article that i chose was "Thompson Tapped for Mars Mission." This article was written by Richard Rivers. NASA contacted the school saying that Mr. Thompson would be joining the Vision for Space Exploration team that will last about 95 days. Because the NASA gave him food, technology commercial. Mr.thompson's mother has been providing the food for his son. Mr. Thompson will weight a mere 101.7 pounds while he is on Mars. He was allowed to bring 5 entertainment, but i would never thought he would bring NEVER SAY NEVER CD BY JUSTIN BIEBER.

  5. The article that i picked was A Rocky Situation For Hamilton. The article was written be Eve Wells. Some of the characters names was based on the movie Rocky. The story is about a red wild coyote Rocky spotted in the area of Alice E. Grady School and Alexander Hamilton High School. Also The head of animal control Mr.Apollo Creed warned people about rocky.I thought this story was funny but kind of weird.

  6. The article that i pick is the Music on the schedule. The Raider Reporter has learned that Mr.Rios is in discussion to play with U2 on thier US tour; however, other opportunities may keep him from joining the band. "It's going to be tough, but i am willing to give it a run," declared Rios.

  7. I chose the article friends with bear. It is about how Mr. SimOn became fiends with bear grylls. It started out as Mr. Simon at the sports shop and bear walks in and tells the camera that the DezRock shoes were the best for climbing but Mr. Simon says yeah right the X5000 is the best. Bear challenges Mr. Simon on a rock climbing contest and Mr. Simon wins. Bear say would you like to be my trainer? Mr. Simon says yes. A few months later they are practicing for an episode when Mr. Simon gets a very old rope and it breaks during the climb. He gets hospitalizEd and stops practicing.(Of course all of this is fake). -Adam Vatai period 1.

  8. I chose the article Domo Arigoto Mr Robo-Biacco? It started out That Robocop will come out this summer in 2012. Since the original Robocop is 53 he can not play the role any more. Then a picture of Mr. Biacco calls him self Ms.G. They said that Ms.G as taken by MGM personal when Mr. Biacco first read the news. Mr. Biacco always said the phrase ' Excuse me, I have to go somewhere there is crime happening'. So that is my thoughts.

  9. A bobsled team? You have got to be joking. As you can see the article I chose is called Cool Running by a student named Thomas Goodwin. This passage explains how Mr. Vergara is "experienced" in this winter sport and convinces Mr. Pollok to have a team for the school. Mr. Vergara claims that he was once apart of a bobsled team, but if you ask me I doubt it. (And if it is really true then i apologize) When I read the first paragraph of this article I said to myself "This is so FAKE" xD

  10. The article I read from the Raider Report was Nice Threads by a Thomas Goodwin. I found this article and the whole paper to be quite amusing. I think they wrote somewhat interesting April Fool's articles. Nice Threads was funny and I enjoyed reading about Mr. Reynolds joining his "new movie." I hadn't realized the Mr. Reynolds' doppleganger was Jonah Hill until this article and that was entertaining. The whole newspaper was enjoyable and I am looking foward to the next Report.

  11. The article that I have read is,A Rocky Situation for Hamilton by Eve Wells. This article is about a mysterious creature that was recently spotted in the wooded area of Alexander Hamilton and Alice E. Grady School.Mr.Celente,the business official, was the first person to spot this creature, last Friday. The mysterious creature is tall, red hair, and human-like creature.Mr.DiNunzio,Foreman of Building & grounds also saw this creature and he had chased after it,but he couldn't out-run it,but he was able to get a picture of it while he was running.I believe that this creature is not real and the picture taken by Mr.DiNunzio, was just a picture of our mascot but,I could be wrong. This newspaper was entertaining to read and others should read it to but I sure wish there were comics in the end, like last time.

  12. The article I read from the Red Raider Report was "A Rocky Situation for Hamilton".The article was interesting because it was about a wolf that two witnesses saw. Those witnesses were Mr.Celente and Mr.DiNunzio.I enjoyed how they described the creature. Also, how they told us what happened similar in Greenburgh.I liked how they told that they told the Elmsford officials. Also, the picture was an intelligent prove,so that the animal control could capture it.Therefore,I enjoyed the article and the details they gave to the creature, and the explanations the witnesses said.

  13. The article i picked was called Domo Arigoto, Mr Robo-Baiocco. At first when i saw the picture i thought he was a terrorist but then i found out he was the Robocop guy. Mr Baiocco was given the chance to play the part of Robocop because Peter Weller is way too old to play the role. Also Mr Baiocco was a professional wresler back then, and i knew this fake because he could never get picked for the part.

  14. The article I read from the Raider Reporter was "Thompson tapped for Mars Mission." This article was mainly about Mr. Thompson joining the Vision for Space Exploration team. Although this seems like a great trip and experience, he will be missing almost all of his summer vacation. During this mission he will be weighing about 101.7 pounds. Knowing this of course he was a little disappointed because on some other missions people got to weigh half of that weight. Before all of the fun and excitement begins his mother has to provide him food for the trip. Mr. Thompson will be enjoying foods like salmon, croquettes and sweet potato pie. This was a great article as well as the rest of the paper.

  16. The article that I read at the April Fools Edition of The Raider Reporter is "Thompson Tapped for Mars Mission." It is about Mr. Thompson participating for NASA by joining the "Vision for Space Exploration" team. The Aurora Mission would last about 95 days. According to the seemingly fake story, Mr. Thompson would weight about 102 pounds on Mars. I don't think that would be possible under Mars's gravitational conditions. It was funny that Mr. Thompson's mother stated that he has never weight that little since third grade(No offence Mr. T). Instead of eating regular space food, Mr. Thompson will eat frozen foods provided by his mother. Foods like freeze dried chitlins, salmon croquettes, collard greens and sweet potato pie. As the result of the length of time of this trip, Mr. Thompson is able to bring personal items like "Season 6 of The Simpsons", his human skeleton, a beaker, The Biology Quarterly Magazine and THE NEVER SAY NEVER CD BY: JUSTIN BIEBER! I don't get that last one. I should ask Mr. Thompson about this. I thought this article and the other ones were pretty interesting, awkward and funny.

  17. The article I read from the "Raider Reporter" was "Nice Threads" by Thomas Goodwin. The article was about Mr.Reynolds and how he is "supposedly" going to be a stunt double for Jonah Hill. To be honest I sort of believed that Mr.Reynolds was actually going to be a stunt double but then I looked at the date of the paper and started looking at the other stories and finally realized that it was an April Fool's paper. Also, the stupid thing is that I fell for it! As I was reading through the other articles I couldn't stop laughing on how ridiculous and how stupid the stories were and how retarded I am for actually believing it! Overall I would say that this issue was the best yet!

  18. The article I read from the Raider Reporter is Cool Running. It is about how Mr.Vergara wishes to start a bobsled team in winter of 2011. He was successful when trying to convince Mr.Pollok. Mr.Vergara was once on the bobsled team during his college days. His team was almost qualified to compete in the Olympic Games in Norway in 1994. He said the competition was tough, but the experience was fantastic. So far the team will be in 3 events, but he hopes it will become a full season from 2012-2013. He is planning to have two teams of four and the best four will compete in the last event. Try outs are going to be held this summer and Mr.V is planning to have a slip-and-slide track. The plan is set, but whats holding him back is the fact that a professional bobsled costs over $30,000. Good luck Mr.Vergara I am sure your going to have a blast.

  19. I read "A rocky situation for hamilton" for this blog. I found this article very amusing. It had witnesses report a red wolf like creature. This creature is obviousely rocky the red raider. Rocky was described as if he was a cryptid( a hiddin or legendary creature). The creature is allegedly dangerouse and civilians are recommended to stay away.

  20. ... I enjoyed this article very much. The way Mr. Celente and Mr. DiNunzio described Rocky. Overall this article caught my attention the most. The picture added a sort of realism to the article. The rest of the newspaper was boring.

  28. The artical that I read was " A Rocky Situation for Hamilton". I thought that this artical was very interesting on how people take pictures like it is a monster. Also I thought that it was interesting because tehy compared it with other monsters like the headless horse man and made the story sound mre realistice. Also I would like to see the monster looking creature with my own eyes and it would be cool having a Monster that " looks like our mascot" runing around the school.

  29. The Article I read from The Raider Reporter was Friends with a Bear.I actually thought that it was some who was friends with a bear. Then I saw a picture of Mr.Simon with Bear Grylls I was so confused. When I read the article I was like wow how interesting. The article is about Mr.Simon and Bear's Training for Bear's show and how they meet each other. The most interesting part was when Mr.Simon broke his leg I believe and he was left on crouches. So then I remembered he was on crouches a couple weeks ago and he told me the true story so then I was like I think this is not true. I was laughing at the end because I actually agree with him. LoL

  31. The article I chose to read is called "Mr Thompson traped for Mars Mission" when Mr.thompson joins NASA he gets assighned a mission where he must go to mars. His mother rapidly packs frozen food for Mr.Thompson. One good thing that would come out of the "trip" is he is going to weigh 102 pounds .estimated. just like when he was in the 3rd grade...or atleast thats what his mother claimed. Besides all the food he is bringing and other materials needed, He is also aloud to bring his preferd items. Surprisinly he brings a justim bieber cd. Who knew mr.Thompson was a bieber beliver. I honestly dont imagine him "rocking out" to never say never. Although, Mr.Thompson is full of surprises! Yet, no surprise that he was going to bring something realatd to the simpsons. Of course, he brought along" The Simpsons" season 6.

  32. I chose the article "Nice Threads". In this article, Thomas Goodwin talks about how Mr. Reynolds has had a recent change in wardrobe. Mr. Reynolds says its because he's not gym teacher anymore, but has the article suggests, it is because he is going to be a stunt double. To be honest, at first I believed this, then I read the rest, checked the date, and knew that it was fake. I mean, Reynolds does actually look a bit like Jonah Hill with the haircut and all. The only things I did not believe was that Mr. Reynolds had a new car.

  36. I chosed the article Music on a Schedule because I enjoy listening to music and enjoy learning it. The article is about Mr. Rios trying to work for U2 in a tour and Lil Wayne with his music for a new album. Mr. Rios says its going to be tough but he will try. I think that it will turn out great for both bands and Mr. Rios. This article showed that it's not easy creating music and that sometimes becoming an artist is very difficult.
