8th Grade: Assignment # 5

The Task: Choose TWO sets of words from the following list and write a compound sentence using both words (That's a total of TWO sentences per student)

1. Enact, Reinstate
2. Ergonomic, Synthesize
3. Vigorous, Composure
4. Allege, Reinstate
5. Invigorate, Instantaneous

Example:

1. The mayor was forced to reinstate the employee after the state committee agreed to enact the new law protecting his rights.

  4. 1.The school principal didnt know how to enact new school rules, so the A.Principle reinstated some pretty good ones.

    2. Although he had a vigorous work out, he still had the composure to go for 3 more ours of hard work.

    3. Johnny though he was sneaky while instantaneously walking silently, just when he made it past he made a very invigorating sound.

    4. I was being alleded for a fight in school today, so they reinstated me to a different school.

  7. 1) During soccer, this little petite girl was vigorous and she had no composure on her body.

    2)The Gatorade was invigorating to Iyanna which made her feel full so then she was instantaneous and would go as fast as she can.

    2) Bob was alleged that he had murdered someone, but all the information was false therefore reinstating his position of his job.
